Until he meets Rebecca and falls instantly in love. He is loving, caring, and passionate man, who wants to give his all to the relationship, protect and provide to the one he loves. Rebecca is in the weakest and most vulnerable place in her life. She has lost everything in life, and to fight back, she holds on to her pride with stubborn hold, because it is all, she thinks, she has left in this life. It is a sweet, steamy, tale of insta-love, trust, acceptance, and compromise. Pierce and Rebecca find their happily ever after with very little turbulence. Rebecca's grieving for her mother was touching, her struggles of pride and compromise trying. There wasn't that much drama, that wasn't created by Rebecca's stubbornness and pride. Pierce's support to her, being her cornerstone despite her resistance, was admirable. It is a light, feel good love story, where you get to spend some time with the lovely Braden family, three spoons for Pierce and Rebecca's story.
